An observation..

That terror with the regulatory hobnails, Ofgem strikes again.  £1.8 million fine on npower over deceptive selling practices.  None of the practices have actually been described as far as we can discover, but let's put this symbol of a tough new role for the reulator in perspective.  Last year npower made £770 million in the UK and €1.06 billion for just the third quarter for parent RWE.

So those regulatory hobnails crushed a whole morning's profits from them.
